Our practice is a family tradition
We are a family dental practice located in Bloomington, MN, that was founded by John Dahlquist, DDS, in 1957. Dr. Dahlquist and his wife Barb, a dental hygienist, built a solid reputation for exceptional dental care while serving the communities of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina and surrounding areas.
Dr. Kris Kalenda became an increasingly important contributor to the group and in 2000 she purchased the practice, thus carrying on the family-owned dentistry tradition of over 50 years!
In late 2023, Dr. Jacoby Hernick purchased the practice and is looking forward to growing with you and your family.
